Hunland operates four dairy farms in Hungary and one abroad. Our livestock includes 4400 cows and their calves.
Exceptionally good dairy cattle from:
- Holstein-Friesian
- Jersey
- Simmental.
We use a three times per day milking regimen, and our annual average milk production stands at 11 000 litres/cow. The average fat content of the milk produced by our cattle is 3.74%, and its protein content is more than 3.27%.
We are constantly improving the animal husbandry conditions at our farms, and by introducing the newest technologies we contribute to sustainable development. Our farms are mostly equipped with barns with resting stalls, and several of our barns feature air conditioning.
