Hunland publishes its second sustainability (ESG) report
We are pleased to announce that the Hunland Group has completed its second ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) report, prepared in accordance with the GRI standards. The document not only contains data, actions, and results – it also reflects the mindset that drives our daily operations: acting responsibly, planning for the long term, and caring for each other and our environment.
This year, we have taken concrete, tangible steps toward sustainability. One of our major achievements has been achieving significant energy savings through the introduction of Eco Drive driver training programs and the renewal of our truck fleet.
In the field of animal health, we successfully reduced the per-animal antibiotic cost by 25% through the use of natural immune boosters and advanced vaccines.
At the same time, we placed great emphasis on employee well-being, collaboration with local communities, and digital development.
In 2024, we introduced e-invoicing, digital signatures, and a new recruitment system to make our operations even more efficient.
Looking ahead, we have clear goals – we aim to further reduce our greenhouse gas emissions, develop our circular economy solutions, and place even greater emphasis on employee training and creating community value.
We believe that true value is measured not only in economic performance but also in social and environmental responsibility. We thank all our employees, partners, and clients for their shared thinking and collaboration – steps toward a sustainable future can only succeed together.
